We offer account management, a referral program, and withdrawals in USDT, all to help you engage with digital assets. We’re not a wallet provider, blockchain network, or financial advisor—just a trading hub for NFT enthusiasts.

Eligibility

To use TreasureNFT, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (we don’t allow users under 13, per U.S. law).
  • Have a valid email and compatible wallet (e.g., Trust Wallet) to trade.
  • Follow all laws in your country—NFT trading might be restricted where you are.

By signing up, you confirm you meet these rules.

Using Our Platform

You’re free to use TreasureNFT under these terms:

  • Account Responsibility: Create an account with accurate info. You’re responsible for keeping your login and wallet secure—don’t share your password or private keys. Lost access? Contact us, but we can’t recover stolen funds.
  • Trading: Use our platform to trade NFTs fairly. Our algorithm sets prices, but profits aren’t guaranteed—market risks apply. Don’t manipulate trades or exploit glitches.
  • Withdrawals: Request USDT withdrawals (minimum $50, 5% fee, up to 96-hour processing) per your user level (e.g., $1,000 daily for Level 1). We’re not liable for blockchain delays or wallet errors.
  • Referrals: Share your referral link to earn bonuses, but don’t spam or mislead people—it’s for genuine invites only.
  • Lawful Use: Don’t use our site for illegal stuff—like money laundering, fraud, or uploading harmful content (e.g., viruses).

We can suspend or ban accounts breaking these rules.

Intellectual Property

Our stuff—site design, text, logos, and algorithm details—belongs to TreasureMeta Technology Ltd., protected by copyright. You can use it personally (e.g., read our FAQ), but don’t copy, modify, or sell it without our written okay. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them freely to improve TreasureNFT—no payment owed.

Fees and Payments

  • Trading: No direct fees for trades, but NFT prices reflect our algorithmic model.
  • Withdrawals: A 5% fee applies to USDT withdrawals, deducted from your amount. Limits vary by level—check your dashboard.
  • Your Costs: You cover blockchain gas fees or wallet charges—we don’t control those.

Failed transactions (e.g., wrong wallet address) are your responsibility—we can’t refund them.

Risks and Disclaimers

TreasureNFT is offered “as is”:

  • No Guarantees: We aim for 4.3%-6.8% daily growth, but it’s not promised—NFT values can drop, and our algorithm can’t stop market crashes. Tech issues might also disrupt service.
  • Your Risk: Trading NFTs is risky—volatility, scams, or hacks could hit you. We’re not liable for losses from using our platform or relying on our info.
  • Not Advice: Our content isn’t financial or legal advice. Research and decide for yourself before trading.

We might link to wallets, blockchain explorers, or partners. Clicking them takes you off TreasureNFT—we don’t control or endorse those sites. Their terms and risks apply, so check them out before acting.

Limitation of Liability

TreasureMeta Technology Ltd., our team, and affiliates aren’t liable for:

  • Losses from trading, withdrawals, or market shifts (e.g., if an NFT loses value).
  • Damages from site downtime, bugs, or data breaches—direct or indirect.
  • Issues beyond our control, like blockchain failures or wallet hacks.

This applies to the fullest extent allowed by law—we’re here to facilitate, not insure.

Termination

We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms—like cheating the referral system or hacking attempts. You can stop using TreasureNFT anytime—just log out and walk away. Ending use doesn’t erase blockchain trade records.

Changes to Terms or Services

We might tweak these Terms or adjust our platform (e.g., update withdrawal rules) as needed. Changes will be posted here with a new date. Keep using the site, and you accept the updates. We can also pause or stop services without notice—though we’ll try to warn you if it’s big.

Governing Law
